I for one 💖💖💖💖 the new bag! the old ones were constantly fraying and if anything spilled on it, it would of course get soaked. so I'm hoping the new ones stay! but if not oh well I'll deal 😉

Not loving the bag this month, it plastic I’m not going to put makeup or other things in it like the old cloth bags that were really cute and I hope that this is just a one month bag to go along with the theme because otherwise I’m not sure that I will be that pleased with getting these plastic bags every month. ( it’s not like people threw away the old bags in the trash so way even change them to plastic recyclable bags) The products that I got this month didn’t match my profile that well I will only really use 2 things, I wanted the boscia cactus water and the PTR cream. PLZ GO BACK TO OLD CLOTH BAGS SEPHORA!!!

I'm not please with the new bag, and the products not for me at all, I used to be subscribe to Ipsy, I change to Shephora thinking it would be better, at first I was ok, but every month I'm starting to regret the choice I made, Ipsy would give me different products, nail polish, eyeshadows, new products. How can you customize better box? Is there a way to select what you don't like?

I'm so not pleased with this month's box. I usually don't complain. But, this is worth the time. The new bag is crap, come up with something better. come on. So cheap, try anything else please. My samples this month were not very exciting or impressive at all. same old, same old. they were really small too. usually there is one thing in the box that I say to myself "that was worth 10 dollars " not this box. I hope next month is better, or I may move on until they can work it out. peace.

LOVED my box this month!!!! I FINALLY got perfume sample like I LOVE. so sick of getting shampoo to sample or hair gunk I will never use, and because I won't use it, I won't buy it.....but I love love love getting perfume! ! The only thing that would have made this box the best one ever if it would of had any sort of red lipsticks in it. Send ALL the red and berry lipsticks my way please and perfume.....leave the gross mauve, pink, pink/grey for other people......also, loving the new bag - less idea, espically if it means we get to sample better products to possibly buy if we like as well!! I will miss the ribbon that used to go around the bags, as I would pull them out and tie them around my neck for necklaces and sometimes add a charm or two on the ribbon and wear it until it wore out or got funky and just swapped it out with another...haha over all...a big THANK YOU Sephora this month for items I will like to try and purchase of it works for me!!!

I agree... love getting perfume samples... I received the Tom Ford Black Orchid..."love it!" I have enough Rose/mauve/pink lipsticks to last me til 2025. would love some daring colors once in awhile to try.

By far the worse box I have ever gotten, I actually asked not to have the truth serum because I have sensitive skin and it gives me badreactions, and that is the one I got, the products in my box are exactly what I do no want and contrary to my profile. Big disappointment, I am starting to think I am always getting the box of left overs that no one wants. Very sad

unfortunately this forum isn't to tell the people at sephora play what you would want. they take recommendations on how to change play as a whole, but not to customize your box. that supposedly all comes from your Play profile, so if you ask to have or not have a specific product on this forum, they wont see it or change your box.

They don't really go by asking or not asking for things. I know, they have sites on face hook, as well as my subscription addiction dot Com that has a site where you can pick and choose items from any box and swap for free with other people for items you have and don't want or can't use, and they have items you want and can use....it's really a neat way to network and get items you like, espically if you bundle a few of your items for a few of theirs.

This was my first box and I got the tan foundation sample. I'm light/fair complexion so way too dark for me. was disappointed.

Agree 100% I just joined and in my first bag I received a Tom Ford Foundation in Tan. I clearly stated my face color is light so this puzzled me. I called and emailed Sephora and told them it was a waste of my money to receive foundations I can't use. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but after reading your comment now I'm not so sure.

Love the switch over to the recyclable bag! I have made use of some of the cloth ones, but overall I prefer packaging I can recycle over a cloth bag that will end up in the regular trash.

3 repeat items and a Sephora item in this box. 3 repeats in one box when I've only been subscribed 6 months??? Really unhappy with this month. Ready to cancel if next month is this bad too. I love lip products and foundation and I got the one box that has neither, I feel like I got cheated compared to other boxes. Very disappointed.

Me too! At 6 months and lots of repeats. Allergic to Clinique, hate mark Jacob foundation (repeat) and Sephora mascara is the worst 🤷‍♀️😢😠
