Received broken Becca highlighter

Was so excited when I received my Play! box  in the mail today... until I opened the package. The Becca highlighter is just ruined 😭😩😪😤 broken Becca highlighter in Champagne Pop

Mine, too.  I called CS but I was told that the highlighter is currently out of stock.  Is it possible to get a replacement at a later time?

Mine was broken too 😞 they gave me 100 pts to make up for it. Which I would of rather had the highlighter 😒 such a bummer
