PLAY! by SEPHORA has some exciting news to share with you. Starting in May 2016, we’re expanding PLAY! to the lower 48 states and giving our PLAY! boxes a makeover!
For those of you already on the waitlist as of April 8th, 2016, we will be sending out invitations in waves until all available spots are filled. Invitations will be sent based on when you joined the waitlist. Spots are still limited, so please act quickly if you receive an invitation. As a reminder, when you receive your invitation to join, be sure to enter the same email address used to join the waitlist. If you don’t receive an invitation this time around, or you joined the waitlist after April 8th – don’t worry! As more spots open up each month, we’ll continue to send out invitations on a rolling, first come, first served basis.
If you would like to join the waitlist, please enter your email by visiting www.sephora.com/play. You will be included in future months’ invitations.
A: The first wave of invitations for signup will be sent during mid-April 2016. They will continue to be sent out in monthly increments as the program grows.
A: PLAY! by SEPHORA is currently only available in the U.S. and can ship to any address in the contiguous 48 states.
A: Box quantities are limited each month. If you are invited to subscribe to PLAY! by SEPHORA, please redeem your invitation and claim your spot as soon as possible so that you don’t miss out on that month’s box.
A: PLAY! by SEPHORA is not currently available in Canada; however, we will keep you posted on any plans for expansion.
Q: I am a US resident and do not live in one of the contiguous 48 states. When will PLAY! be available to me?
A: We are currently exploring ways to expand our shipping capabilities to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Military Bases. We'll be notifying clients as soon as we have an update and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

I have the same problem with my invitation! I can not order!!!!!!!!
What's the point of the countdown if it expires before the count down ends?!?!?! So annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I received my email that stated I was no longer on my the wait list, but I cannot see where to order my kit! Where do I order?
Such a disappointment. I'm sure we've all been waiting months for this. I hope Sephora is able to fix this for the next wave whenever it'll be. You guys have many fans, please try to make sure we're not left in the dust.
I would recommend removing the countdown. It was a let down

I hope I am not put at the back of the wait list line. I responded quickly but spots were already gone.
I opened the email within a few minutes of receipt and it showed that the subscriptions are full already? This is not right. Please advise!
I would strongly advise against including an 8-day countdown on your email to sign up, when your going to run out of spots within a few hours. i am so irritated with this service and I haven't even signed up. I expected more. whats worse is that not only am I disappointed, but I spent time trying to problem solve why the link wasn't working because your email was so misleading. waste of time.
Same for me! I have been on the waitlist for months now. Received an email that said I had over 8 days left, then was told no spots were left. How does this work?

I agree with a lot of other people here. My email said I had 11 days to respond. I think I still have 7 days but now all the spots are full. How fair is that? I was really excited to subscribe and now I'm on a wait list again. What a disappointment!
I clicked the subscribe link from the email and entered my email address, then it said no spots available.

Not to be a pain but that is soooo not fair! If the invite says 8 days then at the very least, if you are at work or school, you should be able to confirm your acceptance within at least the first 12 hours without having to wait again. As a suggestion, If you are not going to honor the 8 days then the time clock should be taken down. With so much excitement around this promotion, you will end up with very irritated fans. Patience is one thing and we understand and have that.... until we feel....mislead.
Ugh! I'm so upset that they could do this. I received an email invite 10 minutes ago after months of waiting, and I immediately went to subscribe. Now it's saying it's full still..
NOT COOL SEPHORA! Are we going to have to start at the end of the line again??? Did we lose our spots? If so, that seems like a shady game and is SO not worth the aggravation

DaneeBT please explain how this issue will be resolved in the future. How will our experience change the next time we are all informed we are "off the list". If you are going to give people a countdown to hold a spot you should make sure there is a spot for every single person you send an email to. Also where does this position us all in the waitlist are we now all the way to the back of the line?
Are you serious? First the problems with the the epic rewards and now this?? I hope next time you send out emails you actually count the number of boxes you have. Because it seems to me like nobody over there can count at all!!!!!
Wow...just curious as to why you would send out so many invites telling people they are "off of the waiting list" only to tell them they have been put back on the waiting list. I responded in less then 5 hours from the time I received the email, which btw says I have 8 days left, yet I was told the same thing (that far too many) are being told. Thank goodness there are a multitude of beauty box subscriptions out there. For example...and much to my delight...the Allure Beauty Box, that I receive each and every month. Absolutely AWESOME!! $15 per month, beautiful deluxe samples, AND, NOOOO WAITING LIST!
Is there a plan to resend emails out to the people in the order they originally signed up in, or did we all just get sent back to the end of the line? I really don't mind waiting a little longer, but feeling like I'm back at the end f the line is somewhat frustrating.
