PLAY! by SEPHORA has some exciting news to share with you. Starting in May 2016, we’re expanding PLAY! to the lower 48 states and giving our PLAY! boxes a makeover!
For those of you already on the waitlist as of April 8th, 2016, we will be sending out invitations in waves until all available spots are filled. Invitations will be sent based on when you joined the waitlist. Spots are still limited, so please act quickly if you receive an invitation. As a reminder, when you receive your invitation to join, be sure to enter the same email address used to join the waitlist. If you don’t receive an invitation this time around, or you joined the waitlist after April 8th – don’t worry! As more spots open up each month, we’ll continue to send out invitations on a rolling, first come, first served basis.
If you would like to join the waitlist, please enter your email by visiting www.sephora.com/play. You will be included in future months’ invitations.
A: The first wave of invitations for signup will be sent during mid-April 2016. They will continue to be sent out in monthly increments as the program grows.
A: PLAY! by SEPHORA is currently only available in the U.S. and can ship to any address in the contiguous 48 states.
A: Box quantities are limited each month. If you are invited to subscribe to PLAY! by SEPHORA, please redeem your invitation and claim your spot as soon as possible so that you don’t miss out on that month’s box.
A: PLAY! by SEPHORA is not currently available in Canada; however, we will keep you posted on any plans for expansion.
Q: I am a US resident and do not live in one of the contiguous 48 states. When will PLAY! be available to me?
A: We are currently exploring ways to expand our shipping capabilities to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Military Bases. We'll be notifying clients as soon as we have an update and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Same here! grrrr I just got the email and went to subscribe and it said there were no spots available. Whats up with that???!!!
I got my email today that I was off the waitlist that didn't work. Anybody know if this issue will get resolved soon? or has Sephora said anything about what they will do to resolve this issue?

I'm having the same problem as everyone else
Suppose I am back on the waiting list.....again. I wonder if there isn't just a problem that will be resolved. Seems too many people are having the exact same problem.
I received the email and immediately went to subscribe only to be told "all spots are full" and I've been added to the wait list. I put myself on the wait list months ago and I thought I've waited long enough. Never have had a problem with Sephora before but the lack of customer service in this situation is making me question that. Fix this please!
Received my email to subscribe for the Play box and when I clicked on the link and entered my email it said that no more spots were available. Any help?
After months of waiting I finally got my "you're invited to play! You have 8 days" email - what a poorly executed email that was. I recommend you not having a count down with an allotted time window to sign up if you're not willing to meet that window and if you only have a certain number of openings, make your distribution list smaller! Marketing and email 101! Otherwise you get this fun outcome of upset (loyal!) customers. I don't want to be the person who organized this email come Monday morning (best of luck!)
Not to mention, I got my delivery today and you forgot all my samples!

This! I was a little comforted by the fact that I had 8 days when I tried to sign up and the site was acting glitchy. I tried again shortly after, and back to the waitlist for me too. 😞

Same thing happened to me! Finally got an invite, went to claim it and the spots were all full and I was put on the waiting list. SO disappointing!

Got my invitation and have been refreshing the page for over an hour. Once it finally goes through, I'm given a message that I need to sign up for the waitlist. I was so so so so excited. Wow, please advise, Sephora.
I also received an invitation- tried to sign up a few times and each time I completed the check out process got a message stating the site was experiencing technical difficulties. Now today I get a message that all slots are full. What a joke! Huge disappointment-
I received the email saying I was off the waitlist but can't redeem...within 3 minutes you're full!?? I've been on the waitlist since November! This is ridiculous and obviously a blatant scam from Sephora. The fact that no one from the company has responded since the incident shows a lack of customer care and service.
I really hope this doesn't mean I'm back at the end of the Line.
Clicking on the "claim" link in the invite email and nothing happening other than being told you would be put on a "Wait list Again". Plenty of people having the same problem. Please fix.
I am another disappointed customer who thought I could sign up for Play because I received an invite email telling me I was off the waiting list. It was also showing a big countdown so I assumed I had 8 days to sign up. Nope. After clicking around looking for sign up I finally entered my email to be told there were no more spots. Really,Sephora? So irritating.

Seriously though - not happy about receiving an invitation stating I have over 8 days to subscribe and trying to subscribe a few hours later only to be waitlisted again. What the heck!? And the response on here from your customer care rep is a joke. Literally. I laughed. Because I thought it was a joke. Until I realized it wasn't and she was seriously giving a crappy response to this problem with no explanation. At least an explanation would be great...
