PLAY! by SEPHORA has some exciting news to share with you. Starting in May 2016, we’re expanding PLAY! to the lower 48 states and giving our PLAY! boxes a makeover!
For those of you already on the waitlist as of April 8th, 2016, we will be sending out invitations in waves until all available spots are filled. Invitations will be sent based on when you joined the waitlist. Spots are still limited, so please act quickly if you receive an invitation. As a reminder, when you receive your invitation to join, be sure to enter the same email address used to join the waitlist. If you don’t receive an invitation this time around, or you joined the waitlist after April 8th – don’t worry! As more spots open up each month, we’ll continue to send out invitations on a rolling, first come, first served basis.
If you would like to join the waitlist, please enter your email by visiting www.sephora.com/play. You will be included in future months’ invitations.
A: The first wave of invitations for signup will be sent during mid-April 2016. They will continue to be sent out in monthly increments as the program grows.
A: PLAY! by SEPHORA is currently only available in the U.S. and can ship to any address in the contiguous 48 states.
A: Box quantities are limited each month. If you are invited to subscribe to PLAY! by SEPHORA, please redeem your invitation and claim your spot as soon as possible so that you don’t miss out on that month’s box.
A: PLAY! by SEPHORA is not currently available in Canada; however, we will keep you posted on any plans for expansion.
Q: I am a US resident and do not live in one of the contiguous 48 states. When will PLAY! be available to me?
A: We are currently exploring ways to expand our shipping capabilities to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Military Bases. We'll be notifying clients as soon as we have an update and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

When you "invite" more clients" will you again "invite" more clients than you have spots available for? That is not an "invitation", that is just inconsiderate.
That's terribly disappointing to hear. And unfortunately, it's just one more example of how Sephoras customer care has declined over the last few years. I specifically used the term 'care' because it appears that Sephora no longer cares about maintaining any semblance of integrity.
Someone made a mistake and miscalculated the number of boxes available; or someone clicked the wrong email group and sent a subscribe email instead of a What's New at Sephora email. The reason doesn't matter, but at least admit that you screwed up instead of handing everyone some lame "we're sorry."
Exceptional customer service is what made Sephora stand out from other retailers. But since it appears that Sephora is no longer concerned about its integrity, there's no distinction between shopping there, the nearest department store or even the brand's company store or website.

Why did they tell me AFTER taking my credit card information?
Do you know if we are put back at the end of the line or we will be included in the emails sent out when more spots open up?
that is so incredibly frustrating. your emails imply that you have time considering you included a countdown for 8 days to respond, so I didn't stop what I was doing at dinner to sign up and waited to get home. Terribly ran program already.

I was invited to the play subscription with over 8 days to subscribe and it keeps adding me onto the waitlist. Please help!!!
I juuuuust got the invitation after what feels like a bajillion years of waiting! Yay! So very much excite!
But when I follow the Subscribe link from the email and re-enter my email address, I get notified that: There are currently no spots available. We've added you to the waitlist and will notify you when a subscription is available.
This is very confusing, because my email says I have over 8 days left before the invite expires!
Please help! Thank you so very much!

I've been on the wait list for awhile and I get the invite today. So I follow the link and I'm told I'm on the wait list again? This is Not ok.
Joining everyone else who got the email and was put back on the wait list. It said I had 10 days to claim my subscription, so I took a couple days to make some extra money so I could treat myself on it. It says I have 8 days left and when I clicked the link to subscribe, it put me back on the waiting list.
Same problem here. So even though we had 8 days to register we were too slow if we didn't do it the minute we received the email? Please help, Sephora!!!
On the Sephora page on Facebook they are saying that the list is full and to add ourselves to the wait list again. 😕 I'm so very disappointed.
I am having the same problem as everyone else here. I was super excited to see that I am off the waiting list and my invitation expires in 8 days but it says there are no open spots...
This really makes me mad because they tell me that there are No spots available AFTER they take my credit card information!
Same problem everyone else is having, I registered once I was told I was off the waiting list, then I was told I was on the waiting list. Please correct this issue and confirm my subscription.

I too have the same problem as everyone else. I clicked on the email link to subscribe to the box and it put me on the wait list. Please fix this or at least explain what is going on.
