PLAY! by SEPHORA has some exciting news to share with you. Starting in May 2016, we’re expanding PLAY! to the lower 48 states and giving our PLAY! boxes a makeover!
For those of you already on the waitlist as of April 8th, 2016, we will be sending out invitations in waves until all available spots are filled. Invitations will be sent based on when you joined the waitlist. Spots are still limited, so please act quickly if you receive an invitation. As a reminder, when you receive your invitation to join, be sure to enter the same email address used to join the waitlist. If you don’t receive an invitation this time around, or you joined the waitlist after April 8th – don’t worry! As more spots open up each month, we’ll continue to send out invitations on a rolling, first come, first served basis.
If you would like to join the waitlist, please enter your email by visiting www.sephora.com/play. You will be included in future months’ invitations.
A: The first wave of invitations for signup will be sent during mid-April 2016. They will continue to be sent out in monthly increments as the program grows.
A: PLAY! by SEPHORA is currently only available in the U.S. and can ship to any address in the contiguous 48 states.
A: Box quantities are limited each month. If you are invited to subscribe to PLAY! by SEPHORA, please redeem your invitation and claim your spot as soon as possible so that you don’t miss out on that month’s box.
A: PLAY! by SEPHORA is not currently available in Canada; however, we will keep you posted on any plans for expansion.
Q: I am a US resident and do not live in one of the contiguous 48 states. When will PLAY! be available to me?
A: We are currently exploring ways to expand our shipping capabilities to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Military Bases. We'll be notifying clients as soon as we have an update and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Same problem here. It seems like Sephora wants you to get excited so they can laugh in our faces. Not cool Sephora. Not cool!
I got my e-mail a few hours ago while I was at work, tried to sign up through my phone's browser but the website was acting glitchy and wouldn't let me type in my e-mail, I figured I'll wait till I got home and try from my computer. I did the same thing, website acted up, I had to reset my password and when I finally tried to add it to my basket and tried to check out.. There was nothing in my basket! I tried 6 times. I figured it's a glitch due to the demand and high traffic, I went out and tried again 10 minutes ago and it said I'm back on the wait list! Are you kidding me?! Your e-mail CLEARLY said that I have 8 days to sign up NOT 8 hours! This is extremely annoying and frustrating beyond belief, that I missed my chance to sign up because of YOUR website!
I am having an issue claiming my invite. When clicking on the link to claim my spot (the email said I was off the wait list), I get a message again that I am being waitlisted. I've tried this three times and have been waitlisted. I feel that it is not fair that I get an invite and can't claim a box and have to be waitlisted again. To make this issue worse, the email said I have up to 8 days to claim my spot but again, I can't because when I click on the link to claim it, I am added back on the waitlist yet again.
This is frustrating to deal with smh. Sephora needs to get its act together

Very sad to hear that I missed out on this! I got my invitation email that I was off the waitlist 7 hours ago but when I tried to sign up, I was added again to the waitlist. They should not have put that it's gonna be active for a certain number of days since it gives false perspective. It's so frustrating. 💔

I got my "off the wait list" email today and went and did it right away and was told I was on the wait list again, not cool.
You know girls, ULTA is thinking about doing a box! Maybe they will get it right! I think I'll join their list!

I have the same issue as everyone else. I contacted customer service, waited 25 minutes to get a hold of someone. They gave me weird instructions such as go through the Sephora website instead of the link on the email. I proceeded to follow the directions, the customer service representative told me to hold, when the instructions didn't work. I held for an additional 20 minutes, and the call automatically ended. I wasted 45 minutes on nothing. Very frustrated and upset.
Ughhh. I waited on the phone for 25 min and hung up. I am sorry you went through all that! I hope Sephora gets their act together asap
I have the same problem as everyone else. And I am >this close< to placing an order that will put me in VIB rouge. Come on sephora, this is no way to treat your loyal customers. We've been waiting forever and people were signing up no problems just a few days ago.
Also I called customer service and was told 45 min wait. That isn't really helpful - who has that kind of time?

HEARTBREAK HOTEL! I also received an invitation to subscribe and was advised I was off the wait list. I IMMEDIATELY tried to sign up but the sephora site was acting glitchy and wouldn't allow my email address to be entered to log-in. I tried again from a desktop computer and was entered back on the freaking waitlist. What was the point of sending so many invitations just to disappoint a lot of excited people?!
You sent me a message saying I was off the waitlist. I went to your site to sign up, no spaces available. I'm back on the waitlist. I've been VIBRouge member for several years. Is this some sort of scam?
I was also told that I was off wait list but hen I went to sign up there were no spaces left. What gives? I responded promptly to their e-mail. Very disappointed.
