PLAY! by SEPHORA has some exciting news to share with you. Starting in May 2016, we’re expanding PLAY! to the lower 48 states and giving our PLAY! boxes a makeover!
For those of you already on the waitlist as of April 8th, 2016, we will be sending out invitations in waves until all available spots are filled. Invitations will be sent based on when you joined the waitlist. Spots are still limited, so please act quickly if you receive an invitation. As a reminder, when you receive your invitation to join, be sure to enter the same email address used to join the waitlist. If you don’t receive an invitation this time around, or you joined the waitlist after April 8th – don’t worry! As more spots open up each month, we’ll continue to send out invitations on a rolling, first come, first served basis.
If you would like to join the waitlist, please enter your email by visiting www.sephora.com/play. You will be included in future months’ invitations.
A: The first wave of invitations for signup will be sent during mid-April 2016. They will continue to be sent out in monthly increments as the program grows.
A: PLAY! by SEPHORA is currently only available in the U.S. and can ship to any address in the contiguous 48 states.
A: Box quantities are limited each month. If you are invited to subscribe to PLAY! by SEPHORA, please redeem your invitation and claim your spot as soon as possible so that you don’t miss out on that month’s box.
A: PLAY! by SEPHORA is not currently available in Canada; however, we will keep you posted on any plans for expansion.
Q: I am a US resident and do not live in one of the contiguous 48 states. When will PLAY! be available to me?
A: We are currently exploring ways to expand our shipping capabilities to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Military Bases. We'll be notifying clients as soon as we have an update and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

I also received my invite, but I clicked on the link and it put me back on the waiting list. I don't know why they sent me an invite.
I received the email to alert me that I am off the waitlist and that i had 7 days to sign up. I clicked the link and it does not allow me to actually subscribe. What am i supposed to do?

SEPHORA WAKE UP. YOUR DELIVERY IS TERRIBLE FIRST OF ALL ( you always say delivery in 2 working days but never happened ever) NOW YOU LEAVE ALL THE BEAUTY INSIDERS HANGING LIKE MONKEYS. Hello- please help! I just received my second invitation telling me that I am off the waiting list and have 8 days to respond only to be told that I am still on the waitlist.

I am in the same boat as the rest of the ones below. I received an invitation that said I am no longer wait listed. I went to the page I was directed to and now it says no spots available that I have been added to wait list.
I like the rest of the girls are putting their information in over and over again in vain after getting the email letting me know that I am off the wait list. Please help! I have been waiting for months for this box and it is something that I really want to sign up for. I am not sure why this is so difficult.

Same as everyone else posting. I received the invitation email today, but there's no spots available after I enter my email address to sign up. I've tried a few different times tonight. The same thing happened to me. I finally got an invitation, after being on the wait list for months and my spot was already taken. Why would Sephora send out an email saying there is a spot available when it's a free for all? What's the point of a wait list? And why wouldn't you let Rouge & VIB's have a chance at subscribing first?

I got the email a couple of days ago and the link was glitchy from the beginning through my mobile. I finally decided to try on desktop today and am still having the same issues. I've been on the wait list for months now. Definitely not cool if I have to wait again!
I thought I subscribed, but I didn't get any confirmation saying that I did, and it ended up just causing me to purchase what I had put in my cart. How do I know it actually subscribed me?
