PLAY! by SEPHORA has some exciting news to share with you. Starting in May 2016, we’re expanding PLAY! to the lower 48 states and giving our PLAY! boxes a makeover!
For those of you already on the waitlist as of April 8th, 2016, we will be sending out invitations in waves until all available spots are filled. Invitations will be sent based on when you joined the waitlist. Spots are still limited, so please act quickly if you receive an invitation. As a reminder, when you receive your invitation to join, be sure to enter the same email address used to join the waitlist. If you don’t receive an invitation this time around, or you joined the waitlist after April 8th – don’t worry! As more spots open up each month, we’ll continue to send out invitations on a rolling, first come, first served basis.
If you would like to join the waitlist, please enter your email by visiting www.sephora.com/play. You will be included in future months’ invitations.
A: The first wave of invitations for signup will be sent during mid-April 2016. They will continue to be sent out in monthly increments as the program grows.
A: PLAY! by SEPHORA is currently only available in the U.S. and can ship to any address in the contiguous 48 states.
A: Box quantities are limited each month. If you are invited to subscribe to PLAY! by SEPHORA, please redeem your invitation and claim your spot as soon as possible so that you don’t miss out on that month’s box.
A: PLAY! by SEPHORA is not currently available in Canada; however, we will keep you posted on any plans for expansion.
Q: I am a US resident and do not live in one of the contiguous 48 states. When will PLAY! be available to me?
A: We are currently exploring ways to expand our shipping capabilities to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Military Bases. We'll be notifying clients as soon as we have an update and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Looks like I also didn't get the email quick enough. It's not showing in my account. I guess since I'm to sick to check my email more then once a day or so I'll never be quick enough before its full. I really feel that VIB and VIB rouges should get first dibs. Maybe they can make that one of the perks? I'm not trying to upset anyone by requesting that , it's just we get so little in the terms as benfits for being a VIB and VIB rouge so maybe this could be one of them,
Yes, I agree! I can't believe that within an hour of getting the email, it was already filled up. I am really disappointed!
GIRL! I could not agree more. I have been VIB rouge since they freaking program started and I didn't even know about PLAY! I'm super annoyed right now.

Maybe I can receive some help. I signed up for the Sephora Play monthly subscription and of course I was on the waiting list... Bummer . I finally received the "off the waiting list email" several days ago and somehow I'm not able to get through. Can someone help me? I'm 100% interested in the subscription.

I'm also having the same issue as so many. Finally received an email yesterday saying I was off the waitlist. Countdown clock in the email says invite expires in 10 days. When I click on "Subscribe Now" it takes me to the main "Play by Sephora" page with the only option being to add my name to the waitlist again. Help?

Seems like I am having the same problem as a lot of other people. I was on the wait list for quite a while, I received an email the other day that I am off the wait list. I click subscribe now and it wants to put me back on wait list. There is even a countdown clock at the bottom of the page and it says I still have 10 days to subscribe.

I received my invite a couple of days ago and just got around to subscribing. But it sends me to the page where it tells me to sign up for the waitlist. It makes no sense. I went into my account, it doesn't say it's an option.

If you got your invite within the last couple of days, to a week I would guess and its not showing up on your purchases it is probably because you have signed up too late to get this months box. I just signed up today and what you do is....log on to you page and in the left hand column hit "my account" give it a second and down on the left you will see Play! by Sephora and it will tell you when your next billing cycle is due. Mine said May 1-4 2016. So I am assuming it is just too late to get this months box. Hope this helps someone!!!
Pretty bummed out about no shipping to Alaska
I signed up for the waitlist months ago when this was first announced and I've never received an invite. I even tried a different email address last week to see if that would make a difference, but no such luck. I've checked my trash and spam to be sure I didn't receive something and it just got missed. It's a bummer to be on a waitlist for something like 6 months and to have other people able to subscribe who were never on the waitlist to begin with...

I signed up under my VIB Rouge account. I saw it in the orders processing list, and now it's gone. I have my email confirmation, but it's not showing as a pending order anymore.
It IS on the left side under My Beauty Bag, but I just want to make sure it's still in there and wasn't cancelled.
