I really don’t understand how this sells out in one second? I stayed up to specifically buy this one after missing the last one only to find out this sold out exactly like the last one...Sephora you need to get it together please so people have a chance to buy this and try it out.

Some people were using bots to buy dozens in order to resell them for a higher price!  We humans can never beat a bot, and apparently Sephora is OK with it.

It was out of stock at exactly 3am the release time (midnight PST). Never even said add to cart for me. Went from coming soon to out of stock. Ridiculous, seems like there were 5 boxes in stock

I checked it like 10 min before midnight and it said out of stock but i just thought it said that because it wasn’t released yet.. I’m starting to think it was sold out before it even dropped 🙄

If you check from app, it said "out of stock" all the time. But from website, it was "coming soon", but turned to 'out of stock" within seconds...Which is still unbelievable

I heard some people buy dozens to resell them overseas for a higher price.  Totally abusing the site!  I wish Sephora had a mechanism that could detect this kind of behavior - or at least limit the number of boxes each account can get.
