My biggest issue is with the website. It was fine when these first started, but then the reservation site got some sort of update. It either couldn’t locate any Sephoras in my state, or the dates would be full within minutes of me getting the email. Once I crashed one and it wasn’t full even though the website said it was. But, for the most part, I haven’t been to one in months because of the website issue. 

I’d like one closer too, but my drive is minor compared to others who are hours away. 

Also, there have been times when the store was unprepared and was basically reading from the Play insert. If this is the case, I don’t see why it can’t be offered in more places. It’s not like it takes that much additional training, just an extra three boxes of flyers.

I agree with everyone else,  I wish play dates were available at a Sephora closer to where I live or at least in LA. I also had a lot of trouble signing up and I would try literally within 5 mins or less of receiving the email. I FINALLY got to register last month and I had sooo much fun and learned a lot. The play dates are really great, they just need to happen in more places so more people can experience them and more than once. Can't wait for 2018!

I have tried to sign up for 3 Play Dates within 2-3 hours of the event being posted, but they are always full.  I don't live on the computer, so how can more people experience this?

I would like to know more information regarding Play, Dates. Expectations, what to expect during these gatherings. Also sending reminders to Play members of dates & times. I've never been but I would love to participate if I knew what to expect to decrease my anxiety.

The Play Dates are always too far away from my house. There is a Sephora store in my town, but they don’t offer Play Dates. It would be awesome if all Sephora stores offered Play Dates.

I've never been to a play day either. Would like to give it a try if the Sephora locations near me have it. In terms of content, it can be structured more like a class/get ready with me using the samples we got in playbox plus a few extra.

I live near NAPERVILLE, IL and even closer to the Montgomery, IL Sephora in JCP but neither location holds play dates. Naperville would no doubt book up and Montgomery would be lovely for me!! 

I have never been to a play date but I love the ideas the other ladies have suggested including samples, chances to purchase other play bags, benefit for bringing a friend for both the friend AND the person who already subscribes. Happy Birthday Play Date Month with something special for attending that month. I love learning from you guys, I truly hope you include Montgomery and Naperville Illinois in your future events!!

You know what would make the pkaydates more enticing? Santitation. People have dirty hands, no sinks are close by. People use make up used by anyone that is unsanitary because it’s left on the shelf most the time and anyone can do anything to it. Also, I don’t want to have anyone touch my face. I want to practice technique on myself. The classes should have levels. They should not be all the same because more advanced mua types are bored. Everyone’s like why don’t they have this class near me? I’m like why don’t they have a class for me. I want to see more advanced people able to learn things too. Because I don’t even go anymore it’s so basic. Only if I want to shop before all the whatever people finger everything and crowd the store.

I really must insist that you please make these Play! Dates available. I already drive half an hour to get to a Sephora that's in a JC Penny in Spokane valley, wa. The next closest one is another 20 min in Spokane and neither of these has Play! Dates. Please, please add more locations!!! Thank you.

Please have a Play Date at each store.  Since demand is high, offer more than one date per month.  Always offer a free box to our guest with a coupon of some sort.  Offer us some sort of incentive for coming as well.  Provide chairs as most of us have worked all day and do not want to stand for an hour.  Perhaps having an event after the mall has closed, in a larger area so more people may attend with a late night sale exclusively for those in attendance.  Have the same sample sizes available for sale as what was given in all variations of bags so we may purchase the items we did not receive but still want to sample at home.  Create a beauty convention in  major cities (Mpls/St.Paul...not just New York please) where customers can come and meet people representing these brands you sell, watch live tutorials, talk with beauty experts, get a makeover and tons of free samples for a low entry fee.  Of course, on our way out we would have to walk through a giant Sephora store with registers open and waiting. 🙂

Please offer the Play! dates at more stores. I called ahead (thankfully) before driving to my local Sephora at the Eastwood Shopping Center in Lansing,MI and they did not even know what a Play! date was. It was (and still is) very disappointing. I love the service, but sharing and experiencing it locally would be lovely!

I’ve never been to a PLAY! Date and I’ve been dying to take advantage of that! I live in Raleigh, NC and the only stores available aren’t even in my state. I would like to see Play! Dates available in my area.

More stores!! Maybe consult with cast members who actually LIVE in the State?? I live in Texas, North Texas to be specific. The nearest store to me for A PlayDaye is 33miles away- unfortunately at the times that is over an hour and a half commute?!!?

I’ve never actually been to a play! Date because of all the awful things I’ve heard. That it’s basically like a Tupperware party where they show you products that were for this month and to buy them. Showing how to best use what we got, some bonus samples for going could be nice too. My biggest issue let us earn the 50 bonus points online vs just in store!! I can’t always get to the store but still buy online and lose out it’s a bummer ! Allow us to be more specific w skin color ie. warm cool neutral.. I get Birchbox and ipsy and I’m always excited most of all for my Sephora box I do love it. Just small tweaks would make a big difference!

Maybe points for play dates, goodies, collabs with industry people feature local MUA or collab with clothing, fitness and or food vendors.
