My Becca highlighter came broken :|

upset that my highlighter came broken. Doesn’t matter how small or cheap an item is, Sephora should be more careful at how they pack our monthly boxes. I mean, we are not paying half of the subscription, we all pay an amount that even though seems small, at the end of the year makes a reasonable number for just samples; so at least we should be able to enjoy them. We as costumers deserve to feel that we are “valuable”. I’m sure they would not do that if it were an online order. I’m sure they would take the time to pack it to prevent damages. They should keep their quality control on EVERYTHING. At the end, it’s their name and reputation as a company and the boxes are not FREE. Just saying 😕

So did mine! The Becca compact was completely destroyed and had spilled all over the bag. Both the fragrance and sunning drops were out of their cards. Extremely disappointed in this box....I can use nothing. It seems like I got the crappy leftovers. I really would like to return it and get my money back. I can use nothing except the eye makeup remover and I own that item already!!!
