March playbox still hasn’t arrived!

My March playbox has yet to arrive when it was shipped out on the 13th. It was originally scheduled to be delivered the 20th, but then the delivery date was changed to today. It was in St. Louis, where I live, since the 16th, but then it looks like it was shipped to FLORIDA. Instead of being delivered. I am getting a little irritated with how late the playbox are arriving. I pay every month at the beginning of the month, but don’t receive the product until the end. It use to not be like this. I use to receive it around the 8-10th, which is more reasonable. I have been an avid Sephora shopper, but am getting a little frustrated with the online experience.
