July box broken blush

I recieced my July box. The bag has red words and ribbon and looked lightly tie dyed. Very pretty. Well, the tie dye was actually broken blush....all over everything. In the box and all over all the other products. 

I sent an email so I'm hopeful. Its never happened before.

Mine also arrived broken!  I emailed and all they did was award me points that I don’t want.  They should replace everyones. They were obviously defective.

YOU CAN FIX IT !!!  If you have a little rubbing alcohol around it's a simple fix!!

Aggggghhhhh! Mine was broke too, I emailed asking if they could replace it and was told no and they gave me points! I didn’t want points that get you basically nothing! I wanted the blush!

When I got sent my first box my it cosmetics bye bye pores pressed powder came broke and I wrote them and they said they don't replace products because I asked them to send another and they just refunded me for that box which I didn't want, I wanted a replacement. I was upset especially since that's the one product I wanted to try. Ipsy replaces products so Sephora should! I also got my points deducted for that box which I shouldn't of, I didn't ask for refund, and since they put in for a refund since a product came broken they shouldn't of deducted my points for that months subscription. Your at least lucky you got some extra points. Seems funny how they pick and choose what to do for customers that receive broken products and they don't have a set policy in place for every customer.

My blush was busted, too. It's literally my favorite blush. I just hit pan on my other and was so excited to get this! I opened it up and the entire product nearly hit the floor, crumbles everywhere. My heart sank. I immediately emailed customer service asking for a replacement explaining my love for this exact blush. Y'all, my heart got broken, they gave me 100 points. I don't want points, I want my blush. Every time I open this one it crumbles more and there's really no point in holding onto it, but I can't make myself throw it away. I'm just super disappointed. It's not as bad as some of yours, but still, I feel like something should be done other than 100 points.

Yes!! A representative took care of this immediately.. Unfortunately there are no more blush samples but my account was credited 200 points!! Very happy!!! 

I had a recent questuon regarding an order for shoes, my answer was abrupt and quiet honestly rude. Its so nice to know Sephora is a company who cares about its customers.
