Hello I subscribed in April and have been billed twice for May and June yet have not received anything in the mail. My order says out of stock. Will I recieve backorders or am I due a refund? I have been confused since I registered. I spent $21.20 yet, I am on some kind of waiting list after everyone else?  I might call and ask for a refund tomorrow. I like the idea but it seems too vague.

I never get any of what is shown for sneekpeeks. my number never falls into any of the categories. I would love little more makeup products with the skin care. I got 520 and I never get an idea what's in my box. But do love my Sephora Play. Keep it coming.

Sadly I think my my first box from them is going to be a bust.  I mean I signed up because everyone online was talking about the cool makeup items in the box, but who knows maybe next month will be better.  Heck I figured with summer and sun care being important they would be putting products with SPF in them.

How do I know what item number box I'll be getting I'm very confused

View your recent orders > view details (find the one for your sephora play box if you have multiple orders) > the last 3 digits of your item # is the box you are getting.  Ex. Mine says ITEM 2071405, so I'll be getting the 405 box.  For whatever reason I don't think you can view the item # from the app or at least I can't ever see it, so check using a computer or through the internet on your phone.
