I am having trouble finding the item number for my Sephora play box, on the Google Website and in the app shows order number only

can someone tell me exactly how to find the item number for my Sephora play subscription box? I know it is the last three digits of the item number is the box number you are going to get but I cannot find the item number by logging in through Google or through the app and I have clicked on my profile, my account, recent orders, and I do see that the box has shipped but there is no item number anywhere. I found the problem, I needed to be on the desktop website and not the mobile or the app and then under my orders after signing in you can click the order that is the most recent or the play box and quick view details, or quick on track and the last 3 digits of the item number or your box number and I found my box on my subscription addiction. Com when I searched Sephora play spoilers box number 0 8 6

I found out how to do it, the problem is that I was not on the desktop site and we'll just turned onto the desktop site and signed in it works for me but it was not working on the app where the mobile site. I'm getting box 876 and it does not have the Sephora powder pressed powder foundation and I was wondering if anyone knew what shade would be coming in the box that comes with it or if anyone wants to trade boxes with me that is getting that box?

Do you see a View Details button when you log in with a browser? That is where I find mine. Hope this helps!

Thank you! I tried the mobile website and the app and I know that you cannot see it in the app but from my cell phone I went through Google and pull up Sephora in to put me on the mobile website and you cannot see it there either I had to click for the desktop website and then found it. Thank you!
