So... My lipgloss in my December box does not have a seal. In fact, none of my products have a seal on them like the eye shadow duo. Did they come with a seal???

This is my first time receving a box and I didn't get ONE SINGLE item they show!  What's up with that?  Oh wait - I lie - I got the Triple Sec.  Doesn't make sense to me that you show a box of products and then you don't receive those.  Was also REALLY surprised that I was charged for the box on December 1, and it just arrived today.

You don't always receive what they show because you customized a profile and the box is tailored to your preferences.

Make sure you contact customer service about the broken shadow. Hopefully they can replace it for you

This is my box #619 I love it, but my eyeshadow came broken

I was disappointed with this box. The only thing that I can truly use is eye liner pen. When the release said Glam I thought for sure the stuff in this box would be something special. Maybe a better box next month 😔😤😟🙏

I got my confirmation email today and it said it would arrive on the 23rd as well but I checked again and it has already been delivered.
