So, in my preferences I say I don't like to wear nude lip colors, perfumes, or hair products. 

I've received 2 boxes so far and both have included a nude lip color. This one also has  a hair product.... I realize that the perfumes come with every bag...

Is there any way to get products more tailored for me?  My profile is complete, it just seems to be ignored.

Where did you get to indicate these preferences? Mine only has hair color, eye color, skin color, hair and skin concerns.

I don't remember when I signed up of being able to add any really personal preferences. All I was able to do was color of hair/eyes, type of skin kind of thing. I, too, would like to know if you can change more preferences as I hated the super hot pink lipstick I got. Super hot pink lipstick is no bueno on a fair skinned natural redhead. Lol. These nude lipsticks I keep reading about, I'd be interested in those though! 😊

I got my box two days early! It said it would be delivered on Thursday, but it came yesterday! So hopefully that will happen to some of you guys also! 😄 This is my first box and I’m so happy! I’ll definitely use everything in this box - except for the PTR cream, because I’m allergic to gold 😂😂 I hope all of you guys get your Play boxes in time for the holidays!! 🎄✨🎁💖

Contact customer service. You’re not the first person who has received broken items in a Play box. They’ll likely replace the damaged items, offer you reward points, or both.

Take it to your local Sephora and they will make you a custom sample. They did it for me with a foundation that wasn't my color.
