Hi! This is my first month too, but I was told to go to your recent orders, view details. It will be the last 3 numbers of the item number. Hope this helps!

I would also like to know why my box hasn’t changed from”in progress “ to shipped. My card was charged and the month is half over already. Come on Sephora you’re dropping the ball here.

I'm with you... the box is about Holiday Glam, and I'm going to get it too late to use for holiday parties.  Oh well, still excited!

It's bc is December. Even when they said Play won't be affected it always does. Too many packages and people paying for expedite shipping and stuff like that. Play is not a priority this month.

The play FAQs specifically state that boxes will arrive within 5 days of the 20th of each month. It’s right on the subscription page. I guess they shipped early last month but it could arrive on the 25th and not be late.

My Sephora play! Box for December has showed “in progress” since December 1st. Is there a huge delay with these play! boxes? It’s usually shipped out by this time each month.

I’m about to cancel this subscription box. The rest are so much better with their timinig and letting us know things. This one just isn’t up to par yet. Get better Sephora Play and maybe you’ll be at ipsy status. I’ve been with ipsy for over a year and never complain about them!

I’m thinking the SAME THING! This month I did a subscription with LENY BOX! If I like the products I’m definitely going be canceling SEPHORA PLAY

I am so frustrated! The holiday season is coming to an end, and the December box still hasn't arrived yet!!! Thus far I have been pleasantly surprised by all the things I have been receiving. I usually receive my boxes during the first week of each month, and this one is so late. I keep checking the mailbox everyday, hoping that the box is there. Crossing my fingers that it will be delivered by this week.

I just started getting mine and I haven't received December's either. ? Was just going to ask when do they usually arrive. you answered that question thanks. but I am disappointed now
