Mine is usually really good every month but all I have is one thing I’m looking forward to using and that’s it. I don’t like getting samples of hair care often cause I have thick hair and I’m lucky to get one use. I expected better being the holidays. We should of got a full size lipid from Sephora collection since their not much money. I’ll prob cancel after January. Allure is $5 and they have 4 full size items and one is a full size ofra highlighter a palette and a eyeliner and a mask.

I have really considered cancelling Play!, but I was REALLY impressed with my box and the extra mystery item that was not a foil packet or perfume! PLEASE keep this up! and PLEASE bring back the old bags instead of these cheapo ziplock garbage things- they REALLY cheapen the bag in my opinion.

I can't stand these new bags. I just throw them away, with the others I could at least use them to put together little kits for friend's gifts.

Tired of primer, urban decay setting spray, máscaras and dry spun hair products and or perfume samples! So disappointed on my December’s box! Will cancel subscription.

Agree 100%. Primers are the worst. I keep begging and hoping not to get one and this month I GET TWO??? Why? Why do you keep sending junk that goes straight to trash? These are just the worst for skin.

Everything else I can use/share with DD, but no way primers are going near her skin or mine.

Dear Sephora Play!  I was wondering why we are told this month we are getting a mystery/surprise in our boxes?  I've been a loyal long time Play! Subscriber and we always received 6 products,  shouldn't we get 7 products? Thank you for your time, Play Team!

Can someone @sephora please explain why the cheat email that shows what im supposed to receive never matches what I get in my box? I was told its because of a "shortage of products" if that's the case why even have this subscription service?

I'm sorry to hear this! Can you please send me a private message with your registered email address and a screenshot of the email you received showing the contents of your box? Please also make sure that you login to your account after opening the email. Sometimes, if clients are not logged in, a default preview of the "Current Box" will show. preferably the tarte product. I seen to be allergic to too face brand. I break out in weird splotches whenever I try any of their products. I really hope for some decent size samples this time. I get tired of feeling like you guys just look around and see what's left over in the shops for samples instead of giving us a good value in the box.

Tired of lipsticks, liners, glosses, etc...... Is there anyway we can stop getting so many ? I got 3 this month!!! I dont wear it! I might have to end my subscription if I keep getting them 😢
