I would have loved the Peaches n Cream of either products but, I was super excited for my Play Box. No complaints here!

I’m happy with my Play box this month. The sample sizes were good size(for samples), especially the Verb Ghost Oil and Lancôme Bi-Facil. The products were nice. I finally got to try out the Trestique Lip Glaze and Too Faced Peachy Primer and like them. Although small, I really liked the Sephora Gel Lip Liner. It’s very smooth and is a twist up automatic! Even in the sample size! My bonus was the Dr. Brandt exfoliator.

According to the app, there were 5 specific items I received in my December Play! box, but in reality I received only 1 of those items. The other 4 items were completely different. The 6th "bonus" item was something I've received before and didn't like. Makes it difficult to review products I didn't get.

My dec box was sent to my old address I did call and was assured that the box would b shipped to new add but it wasn’t I did call and the beauty rep Brittany said the orig dec box was out of stock so she did replace with diff box with free 2 day shipping I was very happy she was able to replace it I just received the box and unfortunately everything in it is way too light for me I can’t wear light peach or nude shades for lips It’s too bad I didn’t get the orig box I got Two Faced peachy primer Trestique pink shade lip glaze Sephora nude shade lip liner Have no use for moisturizers and Lancôme makeup remover Also the bonus item was gel lip gloss in same color of liner Totally disappointed to say the least

The absolute worst box ! Decembers box should be there best being Its the month of Christmas! Totally disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I completely agree. Worse box ever and the mystery gift was some Ren leftover. On my favorite spoiler site mysubscriptionaddictiondotcom, hundreds of sephora play subbers posted their mystery item and literally 3 out of 350 or so said their mystery item was none of the great brands listed as spoilers. Many got sephora brand lippie products or low value throw aways. Very disappointing for a Christmas box. I can't even keep count of how many people unsubbed, including me!

I've been extremely disappointed in the Play boxes for months now.  And December was the worst one of all.  There isn't one product I want to try in my box.  And the real punch to the gut is a friend of mine also subscribes and got a great box.  I'm tired of wasting my money on samples that I end up giving away because they don't work for my skin type, or skin color, or I'm allergic to the ingredients, or I've tried it before and don't like it.  I finally canceled my subscription and am going to look at other subscription services.

Glossybox has a 30% off promo going for a 3,6, or annual prepaid sub. I love my Allure box. The repeats are at least desirables like Sunday Riley. I've  gotten 6 SR products in the past 6 months. Their are promos for both companies on mysubscriptionaddictiondotcom. Also, the site has monthly giveaways! Go check it out! I read their spoilers and reviews daily.

I only received one of the products that I was supposed to?? The rest have been replaced with Sephora brand samples, no offense Sephora but I didn’t sign up for getting a bunch of samples of your brand. The occasional one is okay but this has gone too far. It looks like they ran out of the brand name products and just filled up my box with whatever they had lying around. Thinking about canceling after this. Really disappointed Sephora.

I’m wondering is your friend a “Rookie”? status member? Thinking perhaps the higher up in the ranks cause you spend $$ you get better samples JMO and I can b wrong I agree box was totally disappointing

I got the December box in the mail today and am really disappointed. 

In this month's box alone, I got three lip products?! One sephora lip gloss (my surprise item), a sephora lip liner, and a lip pencil (from a brand I'm unfamiliar with). I don't really like lip products to begin with so having half my box made up of them was a bummer 😞 

The other products in my box was belif's moisturizing bomb, an eye makeup remover, and yet another primer. I have way too many primers from this subscription!

I understand it’s not possible to please everyone. But for $10 Sephora does an excellent job! Some items are underwhelming and I wish at least once for Sephora branded item, it was a full size. Repeats are unfortunately happening- though for person who shops at Sephora, repeats are given, trial sizes are everywhere, boxes, play, points. For me - I’m always excited to get a box! Plus exceptional customer service. My December box came with one item broken. It was a nice holiday surprise when the full box was simply replaced. Thank you Sephora!

December box is horrible!!!! The Verb ghost oil spilled everywhere!!! It’s the most disappointing & most disgusting box I’ve ever received!! I haven’t received 1 box that I like after subscribing for so long. Im definitely considering to end my subscriptions... I was hoping it’ll be a good box since Christmas & New Year is around the corner but nope! Sephora, remember when subscription boxes bring joy to ppl because it’s like Christmas every month? Well Sephora play box, every month i only see sadness and disappointment in your boxes and now after receiving this...honestly I might as well go with a different subscription program.
