I hope I get the Clinique eyeliner, ABH lipgloss, Fresh rose toner and something moisturizing.. my perfume samples always smell awful 😞 not sure if it’s because it gets hot/ cold during travel or what

Why does it take so long for them to ship?  My order was processed 12/3 and I was charged about that time but 10 days later it's still 'processing'.  At least wait to charge me until it's shipped.

You have to go to the Sephora website not the app and I believe it’s the order number, the last three digits

Not going to lie!  I'm a little disappointed in Sephora Play and I haven't even received my box yet!  I also subscribe to ipsy  and i've known what was coming in my glam bag for over a week and it has already shipped and should be arriving tomorrow!  come on Sephora give us some idea of what is coming!

“Getting Glammed Up” for what? Post awards season at this point! By the time I get mine it will probably be January.🤬 My November didn’t show up till December. Sephora should hire me to streamline this process because clearly someone can’t get it together there and I’m so sick of always getting the 💩 items every month. I’m sure I’ll be one to get eyeliner and no highlighter this month!
