My email says it shipped 2 days ago. I usually have it about now, but figure with all the holiday orders that things could be a bit slower. Have never not gotten one so think should see it soon.

The FAQ states that Play! Boxes arrive 3-5 days before or after the 20th of the month. They are typically shipped out the third week of the month, although in the past they have gone out sooner.

Agreed on the pink lip! Thanks but no thanks, lol. Wish we could at least customize the colors we enjoy for lips! Or maybe allow us one item we select from all the options ourselves! Then noone would ever complain!

I haven’t seen that anyone has gotten their box yet. It’s also Christmas Season, so it could be later than usual because of all the mail & packages being ahipped. 🙂

I’m asking basically how can you find which box number you will be receiving within the app.

You have to go to your orders, open it & look for the item number. The last 3 digits are your box number. I don’t have the app, so I’m not sure if you can view it from their or not, I always just go to sephora’s Website.
