Interesting that it says your box will include either the smashbox eye shadow or the clinique eyeliner but according to another post box #601 has both.  I wish Sephora would stop putting weird skin care products in the boxes.  I end up throwing them away.

@CLidi open Sephora through your browser, go to recent orders, find the play box, the last 3 numbers of the item number will be your play box number, hope this helps 😀

The third week of the month is when they ship out the Sephora Play. It is only the second week of December, so of course no one has received their box. Have some patience and positivity! All I see in this forum is complaining. If you do not care for items, trade or give them to someone who would like them. Or, donate to those more unfortunate. That makes everyone feel wonderful! The last option, unsubscribe.

@Rubymoon2 ~ I was thinking about this certain timeline that if we don't consider the first two days of the month to be the first week then, for sure, we're only in the second week. I went back to Play! FAQ to screenshot the info (to hopefully instill some patience in others, lol) determining the 3rd week to be key but I guess I haven't looked at the details in a while and now it says "All PLAY! by SEPHORA boxes will arrive within a three to five day period around the 20th of every month." That still gives us plenty of time though! 😊 Patience is a virtue, ha ha. Living out in the country my boxes usually don't show up until the very end of the month anyways. One would think with that fact as a simple contrast, anything before then would be a blessing lol.
