I agree with others.  What is the point of a box meant to get you glammed up for the round of holiday parties if you don't get the box before the parties?  I'm new to Play; but, I have Ipsy and Birchbox and have known for a week now what I would be getting.  Play should have the same option and if you are planning on sending a box meant for holiday parties, maybe send that the month before if you can't get it out in time for the holidays.

I’ve been receiving mine about mid month, but for some reason it does seem late, as in it hasn’t even been shipped yet which seems weird.

Is there a way to find out whether your box has been shipped?! It will be great to add this feature to app/ site .....I have not received mine either and I received last two within first days of month 🧐so I am wondering since I got charge already ...

It's December. Blame on all the packages and people paying rush shipping and stuff. Play is not a priority.

usually I just track it under my orders (that is typically where i get the tracking info) or I get an email once it has been shipped- that I haven't recv'd yet. Last month I recv'd mine really early since typically i get it between the 13th-18th... I'm excited for it!!

The box doesn't ship until around the 22nd it says that when you sign up. I usually get mine earlier but not always. I doubt anyone for boxes yet except PR people who get them early cause they are special.

I'm getting fed up, box hasn't shipped and I'm not paying 10$ to wait until dec 30 to get my box.

It tells you upon sign up its the 20th before they ship. It's also a very busy holiday shipping season all the way around, not just for a $10 box.
