Whatever i dont use i give to one of my daughters,  whom get so excited at the NAME BRAND product.  Makes me happy.  Its a great price and if it doesnt make me happy,  it makes someone else 😀.

I LOVED the Marc Jacobs mascara!!! I have really short and thin eye lashes and it makes them look very long and full. I will definitely be purchasing a tube when I run out of my sample

I hate seeing all the complaints about the products in the PLAY forum. Do you guys realize you're paying $10 for 5 products each of which is worth about $12. If you don't care for 1 of items give it to a friend or family member. Its still a great deal and great way to try out new products.

When you get promised a "curated for you" sample box, and it's obvious that it wasn't, it's disappointing.

Also, your argument would have more merit if they were shipping full sizes, which they DO NOT.

The Marc Jacobs mascara was a mess when I opened it!

Mine was thick and clumpy, too. I had to really work at it to make it look half decent.

Mine was all clumpy. Threw it out.  Very tired of mascara coming either dried out or too wet

No more black eyeliner I’m pushing 50.

Also, tell me how I can re-took the box so I actually get some of the premium products.

I love all the black eyeliners and mascaras. Black is the only color I use. When I start running out you send me another great one to try.  I have loved all the eyeshadows as well. I'm never disappointed. I will be happy with either one.
