yes, me too. when I called they were in denial. the products are so disappointing and basic, too. Play doesn't give you options for your products either- I don't want leave in hair conditioner/heat protectors or fact masks. I will not use certain products such as clinique. I don't use products tested on animals. was doing Play and Ipsy. I'm way more satisfied with Ipsy.

That happened to me yesterday.  Today, I finally was able to see the box contents.  Two items for dry skin....I'm super oily and two hair items....which I'll never use.  So frustrating.  Might just be time to cancel all together.
