I got the same box and keep on getting mascaras every month. I’ll cancel my subscription now.

Bummer, 721 makes no sense for me. I don’t wear foundation and they gave me foundation in my last box. I don’t think they customize, I think it’s a random process for them. I stopped using Clinique in HS in the 90’s. I’m sad. I get my box tomorrow. I’m canceling my subscription. Are there better boxes out there? Perhaps Birchbox?

Ipsy glam bag and Glossybox aren’t bad for about the same price and boxycharm is soooo good if you don’t mind spending $21 you get 5-6 full size products and almost always one is some kind of palette and you sometimes get some nice Luxe brushes

Got the same box. Gonna start looking for a new subscription. Got another mascara and I have like 10 mascara's that I got from the boxes and don't use. Would rather have gotten Glam Glow. Does anyone know if there is a way to contact Sephora box subscription and tell them that they aren't very good with this personalizing of boxes. I also never use anything they send for the hair & my profile reflects that, yet I keep getting stuff for hair....

ive gotten clinique moisturizer for like 4 months straight i swear if i get it again im done

also i hope sephora actually personalizes, my skin shade the last few samples were a shade too dark, i have the pallest skin ever.. Also I just redeemed something for UD mascara so it would suck to get it 2x.. also- i have mentioned to sephora several times about getting rid of all hair products in my bag- a simple note- thats all it would take- Ipsy staff completely understood I did NOT need hair products and that it can even be upsetting to most.. I get my box tmr will take a picture.

It's the last 3 digits of your item number but it doesn't show on the app. You have to sign in to your account on a computer or the internet on your phone and convert the site to the desktop version.

I got the same box, I’m also underwhelmed. The products themselves are fine but most aren’t new - I’ve tried everything except the Farmacy one before. I also got mascara in last month’s box.
