@Baileymcc16 Honey, I know you're trying to help the newcomers, but you're giving some wrong information on how to find their box#. They do go to the website, not app, they do go to their recent order for Play.However, they need to look at their last 3 ITEM#'s, not ORDER#. The last 3 of their ITEM# is their box# and they can go to Mysubscriptionaddiction.com for spoilers, like you said. Thank you for helping! 😁

@yayabklyn Go to the Sephora website, not app, go to your recent order for Play, next to the Play box icon in your order is an Item#, the last 3 numbers of the Item# is your box#.

@yayabklyn Some people are having issues getting to their orders, viewing their orders and trouble seeing their item number this month. I had this issue. I could see my order#, but nothing else after clicking view details. I had to contact a Mod on the customer service on app and online. I also had to call. They were able to give me the info. Sorry you're going through this too! It's frustrating. Hope this helps and you get some better answers.

My item number has not been updated, so not everyone knows what they are getting.  The item # section is located beneath the order # section.  If you still do not see it, that's normal.  Sephora just hasn't prepared your order yet.
