It sucks that I’m going to get another repeat, I don’t like MUFA, costumer service told me that the best way to evade that is to have your profile up to date but mine surely is! It doesn’t even make sense, I’m just getting the different box all the time, I have gotten dry shampoo and my profile doesn’t even say that I have oily or thin hair 😡

@Baileymcc16 Honey, I know you're trying to help the newcomers, but you're giving some wrong information on how to find their box#. They do go to the website, not app, they do go to their recent order for Play. However, they need to look at their last 3 ITEM#'s, not ORDER#. The last 3 of their ITEM# is their box# and they can go to Mysubscriptionaddiction.com for spoilers, like you said.

How do you know what box your getting?

You have to go to your orders (not through the app) and the last 3 numbers of the item number is your box. Then go to mysubscriptionaddiction.com and it will tell you! There’s been some issues getting the April order number, if you get an error message you can call customer service or email and they will give you the item number and/or what’s in your box.

I’m getting box #344 and I’m happy! But I did read the foundation is shade 6 I’m really hoping that is a mistake and they are more tailored to the skin tone in my profile which is fair, not a medium sand like shade 6, last time I got a Make up forever foundation in my box it was a perfect shade for me.
