I loved my last box that I ordered 2 products in my bag!!! The it cosmetics illuminate concealer was awesome and the Becca primer even works with my drugstore foundation!!! Keep up the good work. I wouldlove to have a rosy or nude color bc I can’t pull off reds!!! Can’t wait for my next box!!! I hope I get the ud gloss!! I would try to pull off a red if that was the color 💗💗

I am hoping for the lip gloss in a rose or nude shade. Looks like a great product, would love to try it! I own the HD perfector and it is a good quick yourself-but-better look. It is different from the foundation, less pigmented, more of a blur with tint, like blur and foundation had a baby.

Why did y'all stop sending perfume samples as the 6th item? That's what set y'all apart from every other box out there, and was the sole reason I subscribed. Y'all do the 5 items, PLUS a perfume sample in each box. The past 2 boxes, there hasn't been a perfume sample. Not only that, but I never get my samples on any order I purchase. Will this continue? Is this the new thing? If so, I am one unhappy customer.

I hate getting perfume. I love the perfume I wear and have no use for random samples. anything floral makes me cough and my eyes water. But every dam time I place and order, I dont get the samples I asked for. I get perfume samples when I have never asked for perfume. If I only ask for skin care and make up samples, why would you substitute ONLY perfume?

I also found that they don’t sample my ordered items. As a very unhappy custom too, my solution is to mark many items as love, and don’t buy them at Sephora....

I’d love for them to give a little input on the types of samples we receive. Because I’m allergic to all perfumes and would gladly send what I receive to you but I love it when I don’t receive perfume, especially as I have requested that it not be sent to me. Because often with the samples they will replace what you requested with a perfume sample which would be perfect for you. I realize that they can only do so much but having a perfumes and a non-perfumed box doesn’t seem like asking too much. Hoping you get perfume this month!

Unfortunately Allergic to All Perfumes as well, certain scents in soap, hair products, hand cream, etc. It happens to some of us ... Unless people actually live this, it is very difficult to understand. Would be nice, but some take offense. (^=^)

I really don’t like my last box, I have oil hair, it shows perfectly on my profile，why why and why Sephora thinks I ever would need so many hair oil??????? Don’t even want to touch them I throw them out, I will unsubscribe this box if it happens again, waste of time and money.

Finally someone who is thankful and grateful. I am tired of people complaining. Either stop your subscription so others can join or be happy honestly! I love what I receive every month. I subscribe to 4 different boxes/bags. I love ❤️ Play by Sephora. Thanks a million!
