Oily face skincare

Do you have any sort of routine or products that you're currently using, @MayraLiliana? Or are you trying to build a new routine from scratch?

I have always had an oily T-zone, but since hitting perimenopause, it’s become extremely oily. My routine is pretty similar to a generic one, but my serum, moisturizer, and sunscreen are different. I use the Native sensitive facial cleanser in the morning or Cetaphil extra gentle daily scrub for combination to oily skin at night 3-4 times a week (I have a farm so I’m always outside), I use a generic toner, right now it’s just Clinique clarifying lotion twice a day exfoliator, miscellaneous pimple treatments if needed, IT Cosmetics Confidence in an Eye Cream, and then the good stuff: The serum that works best for my skin type is Vitamins and Sea Beauty Blue Sea Kelp and Niacinamide Smoothing Facial Serum, and I top it off with the Peach Slices Snail Rescue All-In-One Oil Free Moisturizer. The kicker with the moisturizer is that it’s a GEL! It’s been my experience that gel moisturizers are so much better for oily skin that cream based. Anyway, each morning, I finish off my routine with Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen. The serum, moisturizer, and this particular sunscreen work so well together to control the oil on my face, especially considering how much my face sweats. I hope this helps!
