Best primer?

What is the best primer to make sure my makeup goes smoothly and stays well?

My skin is pretty oily at times with acne (little bumps- dark crater-like things) 

My current routine is to use a transformation moisturizer as a primer, loreal skin tint serum, Nars concealer, mascara, and eyebrows. 

This is mostly regarding my skin makeup. 

Any suggestions?
