Ulta in Canada

So I heard from a few people (and then I did some digging online) that Ulta's first store was coming to Canada - Mississauga, Ontario specifically in Square One in the very large vacant unit that Target used to occupy. There has been construction there recently so it makes you wonder. The documents I found (versus word of mouth) are from 2016/17. I've also heard from several Sephora employees/friends. Thoughts?
