Is there a way to prevent Sephora Canada to ship the package via Fedex?

When I receive package via Canada Post, it was usually fine. It arrived within few days and when I missed the delivery, I can pick up at the closest Canada Post office. However somehow this time, Sephora decided to use FedEx to deliver the package and I have been experiencing terrible problems. Delivery is slow, delivery date changes last minute and the delivery never rings the buzzer. I’m now still waiting for the package, and had to complain about it to the customer service to FedEx. Is there a way to avoid getting package via Fedex? I contacted customer service about the issue at Sephora but I’ve only received the generic “we’ll incorporate your feedback” message. This is very frustrating.

I haven't had anything shipped from Sephora by FedEx luckily but I have had so many problems with FedEx that I had to stop ordering from business's that use FedEx. I had made so many complaints to FedEx with no change. I always get the same response, they just apologize. I really hope my future purchases will be sent by Canada Post still.
