hi i had an acrylic nail art/ gel polish.. and 

my natural nails are getting long. any advice please. for how long should i have it retouched? thanks in advance💅💅💅

@Clairebear28   Beautiful nails I am looking for advice on how to get my nails to grow nice like yours. I been keeping them polished if I don’t they break. I had a gel overlay on them just took it off I am thinking of doing another one. Anything you can tell me I would appreciate it.

Hi there @Clairebear28  twice a month is what i would suggest, so about every 2 weeks is normal. Some people have a slower growth rate so the retouch or fill may vary from person to person.  Hope this helps.
