What kind of flase nails would one suggest for a beginner who isn't very good at applying or having fake nails, and also can't have then fall off easily?

If you have them done professionally, I recommend builder gel with gel polish. Lasts “forever”. I have my nails done every 2 weeks cause they grow like crazy and I can’t stand see the “empty space”but they hold perfectly through rough gym workouts and a lot of physical work.

Are you able to get your nails done professionally? Gel nails might be the way to go.
