makeup broken

image.jpgi have been really impressed with rare beauty for a while and I love almost all her products and I thought buying this highlighter that it was going to be very good and don’t get me wrong. It probably is I bought it for me about three weeks ago and I haven’t used it because I had a other highlighter I was trying to use up for it open another one as soon as I open the highlighter, it broke everywhere. not saying this is a bad product at all just not pleased on how it was packaged and also not pleased on when i called customer service about it they told me i needed to have a receipt for the product. and i told him that I do not have the receipt anymore although I do have it on my Sephora app showing that I bought it. he was breathing really hard and I could barely hear what he was saying, but all I could here it was him telling me that I need to read all of the community guidelines.

@kaitlynnmiller you should be able to bring it back to the store and have them look up your purchase if you used your Beauty Insider account. If there is nothing in the pan idk what they will say (it's supposed to be in "new or gently used" condition) but you can plead your case to the manager. You have to hurry, though, since it's usually a 30 day return window to get your money back and 30-60 days for store credit.
