When is the best time to buy Foundation ??!!

So I always buy foundation and I tend to return it because my skin tone  changes  in summer   so I was wondering is it better to buy foundation in October rather then the summer?

I like adding liquid bronzer like the one from Bare Minerals to my foundation whenever I have a tan--or I just use extra powder bronzer on my face.

If you're looking for a shade match year round and your skin significantly changes between winter and summer, it might be beneficial to get two different foundations - One for winter and one for summer, and mixing them for all the months in the middle.

You can also try Cover FX's custom drops to make your foundations lighter or darker to suit the shade you need so you don't have to buy a whole new foundation as well.

If you just want one that more or less matches you and your skin shade doesn't change as drastically throughout the year, October should be a good month since a tan takes about 2+ months to fade completely.
