What concealer is affordable but good?

I am new to makeup and I don’t know what to look for in a concealer. I do have under eye bags/ darkness and am looking for something to help with that. Thanks you!

I don’t have super dark under eyes but as a beginner myself, my FAV concealer is the Glossier pot concealer (Glossier Stretch Balm Concealer). It’s SO easy to use and has buildable coverage!! I can’t recommend it enough!!
