What a good primer for textured skin?

I'v been looking everywhere for a primer to help with textured skin along with uneven skin tone

I Like Fenty, it feels like lotions but give the skin a good base, and Milk blur stick as a primer works pretty good too, it smooths out the texture a bit and blurs the pores really good!

I've tried the Smashbox pore minimizing one and that works. It definitely minimizes the pores and blurs my skin texture of course if I put lots of highlight on top it will start to show but not as much as without it.
