Thoughts on the Hourglass Ambient Powders vs Charlotte Tilbury Pressed Powder?

Hi all, so I'm looking to buy my first finishing powder. Would luv y'all's opinions on the Hourglass Ambient Powder in Dim Light and the Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Powder in Medium. Don't care about coverage, just want something that can give that lit-from-withim, candlelight glow kinda feeling. Bonus points if it can help set undereye concealer for dry skin.

@gymgirl2 Based on what you are looking for I think you'd be happier with the Hourglass ones. They are both amazing powders. IMO nothing really beats the Charlotte Tilbury one. It is such an amazing powder that doesn't get cakey and provides some light coverage for evening out skin tone. that said it is more on the neutral side finish wise. It is more of a setting powder and does not have any "glow" properties. The hourglass ones also have a slight tint although I don't think they have the same coverage at CT - but they are more glowy and more of a finishing powder for melding the whole face together rather than setting.
