Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Foundation

Hello! I’ve just barely noticed that the Tarte water foundation from the Sea collection was discontinued!! (I know, how am I just barely finding out about this??) 

 

is the Hydroflex serum foundation supposed to be the replacement? The water foundation was one of the only ones that actually worked well with my oily skin, made me glow without looking oily, and was moisturizing. When did this happen?? Are there any super close dupes? I loved the dropped for it!
