We had a fabulous collection thread on the old BT that didn't seem to migrate over to BIC and since I love looking at collections, I thought I'd start a new thread.

This is a space to share your beauty collections - makeup, lipstick, nail polish, perfume, whatever you've got!

What is BT and BIC?? I’m new and can’t figure it out

@SlashSmith BT is Beauty Talk Sephora’s old forum. BIC is Beauty Insider Community which is the forum you are on now that took over BT

Thank you! It was driving me nuts trying to figure that out! Lol How do you get rookie status or boss status and what does it do for you??

@SlashSmith The status is just how much you participate on the forum. It depends on a lot of factors like how many hearts given/received, pictures in the gallery, reviews, posts, etc. Like @WinglessOne mentioned the ranking doesn’t do anything and it is being worked on right now. A lot of us got demoted. For instance, I was at Boss III status but got demoted to Rookie I.

@SlashSmith  They’re just forum ranks. They don’t give you any special/extra abilities or perks. 🙂 And right now they’re messed up anyway: many of us recently had our ranks demoted during a BIC glitch. 😂 When they work as intended, your rank is based on how active you are on BIC: posts, threads started, hearts given/received, etc.

Hah, funny you say that.  I'm clinically OCD but trying to ease up on it so it's very well organized chaos.

Before anyone asks about the shovel, I went to a Buckethead concert and he gave me that and the Willy Wonka DVD, I just haven't had a chance to mount it properly.

And as for the Nina Hartley 8x10 and Debbie Does Dallas poster, my life's taken me to weird places.  See also the autographed DWV poster.  

And on the right there is a good dozen wigs in plastic shoe boxes.

I noticed the shovel, haha! -that’s awesome! The posters are pretty cool too!

P. S. - I was diagnosed with OCD’s as a teenager- I’m in my thirties now, so I’ve eased up quite a bit (mostly because I had kids, lol) but it is definitely still a big part of me! @JosieFury

Palette collection!!! I got my first palettes (the morphe ones, 35OM and 35B) for Christmas in 2016 and it's been all down hill since then 😂 If I had to choose a favorite, I think I would have to go with the Too Faced chocolate gold, it's definitely the best palette they've released in my opinion! I have more pics on my new beauty instagram louise.g.beauty (shameless self promo 😛)
