My local stores are super friendly.  I am always greeted and asked if I need help.  Everyone is knowledgeable and have made great recommendations.  I have gotten a number of makeovers and they have been spot on!

I adore being able to swatch and test products in-store.  It is invaluable.   And fun!  The atmosphere is light-hearted and upbeat.  The lighting is good and so are the mirrors.

I just wish that my store offered more of everything!  Like all the shades of Armani lipstick.  And brands like PMG.
