Product colour match

I'm looking for a recommendation between products 

I use NARS pure radiant tinted moisturizer (gotland in winter and groenland in summer) and radiant creamy concealer: custard medium 1.

 

I'd like to try the sephora collection: Best skin ever line. I don't live anywhere near a sephora so I'm hoping someone can help me with the equivalent shades 🙂
