Port Wine Stain Coverage

I have a port wine stain that takes up my whole right neck, and goes down to my chest to just about my breast bone. I'm 33 years old and am still searching for the perfect coverage. I've worn DemaBlend for years, CoverFX, MakeupForever, now I'm trying Keromask Camoflauge Cream which does cover well since it's so pigmented but it's still not perfect, and I would prefer something with SPF , which Kermoask doesn't have.

I seem to either run into extremely think sticky products that cover decently - yet not completely, and leave me uncomfortable with the texture, or ones that don't cover well at all.  

 I've been told to try  green correctness cream, I've yet to try that because I've been skeptical that it's not for the type of redness that port wine stains have.  Has anyone successfully covered a port wine stain without putting on 10lbs of make up? Would love advice!

Have you tried the KVD Lockit Foundation?? Incredible coverage with the smallest amount of product needed!!
