what is a good moisturizer to use before applying primer and foundations. i get dry and spotty near the corners of my nose.

Have you tried a facial oil at night? I find grapeseed oil overnight works great. It has great skin benefits and is non comedogenic. I buy mine from Shea Moisture. (Not a brand available through here, sorry sephora!) It should help your day moisturizer out a bit.

is there something similar to the tarte h2o? i've tried that and it didn't really help.
