Help with Moisturizer with my Foundation

Iā€™m using  Cerave Moisturizing Cream this winter because it nourishes my dry skin and is good for my dry skin. I slso have sensitive skin and some whiteheads on occasion on chin. Otherwise no redness. The cream is great, but not the best under my It Cosmetics Your Skin But Better Foundation and Skincare. Not quite the easy glide I would like so I spot treat or use a beauty blender. Both products are compatible and great for my skin, but I donā€™t like the application issues. Moisturizer dries, but doesnā€™t glide like Iā€™m used to. Any ideas? I donā€™t like foundation and prefer tints etc.
