Day To Evening Makeup 💄✨️

This thread is inspired by an event I went to recently. I had time to come home in between the day and evening portion of the event and I ended up redoing my makeup for a slightly more bold look! Post all of your day to night makeup looks, products or advice here!

@sister13 Thank you! Do you have any tips or tricks for day to evening looks?

It's so different now since I'm working remotely, but I used to do a lot more travel for work with conferences that had social events in the evenings. Let me tell you, I was run ragged those events with very little sleep and also wanted to only have to bring a carry on when possible. 

So, generally, I would usually just wear a black dress and blazer that day for the conference. Then for the evening event, usually just pop back to the hotel room (IF there was time - there wasn't always), drop off the blazer, let my hair down, add a touch of sparkly eyeshadow, a touch of lipstick + usually that same lipstick on cheeks, put on some sparkly jewelry, and call it done for the evening look. Super fast and easy!

Plus, I can always bring the items with me for the day's meetings if I knew I wouldn't have time to make it back to the hotel room before the event.  @Mellmars1185

@sister13 Great tips! Sometimes an accessory or sparkly makeup/lipstick can take a look to a whole other level. Working remotely is nice. Do you miss getting dressed up as often?

I would say that the benefit of working remotely outweighs the stress and everything else I was dealing with. Colorado's pretty casual but I just make a point to get a little more dressed up on random social occasions or have gotten used to just wearing a bit more makeup or throwing on fun jewelry, even if most people are pretty casual or even if I'm wearing a more casual outfit. @Mellmars1185
