Best makeup tutorials for absolute beginners? For oily skin and blue eyes?

I'm an absolute beginner when it comes to makeup so I'm looking for the best tutorials (written or videos) made to help absolute beginners like myself achieve beautiful makeup looks. It's a plus if they are geared towards those with oily/combination skin, auburn colored hair and/or blue eyes. But just things for absolute beginners is all I really want.

you should watch Tati on youtube.  she reviews products, and tests them out in front of you.  she has some great tips, and i like her makeup style as well
